Carrot Marketing & Advertising Agency is a marketing and advertising service provider based in Cairo, Egypt. We provide social media management, paid advertising, SEO, content production, and web design services to brands across the MENA region and beyond.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of it, or use any automated system to access the site (other than standard search engine crawlers).
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, videos, layouts, and code — is the property of Carrot Agency or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Client logos and brand assets displayed on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
Any engagement of our services is governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or Service Agreement) signed by both parties. That agreement defines the specific scope, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, and timeline. These website terms do not constitute a service agreement on their own.
Prices displayed on our website are indicative starting points and may vary based on scope, complexity, and customization. Final pricing is agreed in writing before any work begins. Monthly retainers are invoiced on the 1st of each month, payable within 7 days via bank transfer or InstaPay (Egypt). Late payments may incur a 1% monthly fee and may result in service suspension.
After the 3-month minimum engagement period, either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Fees paid for the current month are non-refundable. Setup fees and one-time project fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If we fail to deliver agreed-upon deliverables, you may request a partial refund proportional to the undelivered work.
While we work hard and have a strong track record, marketing results depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, product quality, audience response, platform changes). We do not guarantee specific numerical results such as follower counts, sales figures, or rankings. Any projections shown on our site or in proposals are estimates based on past performance with similar clients.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carrot Agency's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
To deliver excellent work, we need timely client input: brand assets, approvals on creative, access to analytics and ad accounts, and prompt feedback. Delays in client deliverables may extend timelines and are not our responsibility. Client is responsible for the legality and accuracy of any content, claims, or assets they provide us to use.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share strategies, performance data, or other proprietary information with third parties without explicit consent. Client logos may be featured in our portfolio after engagement, unless you opt out in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. For active clients, material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
